Lee Kricher

Prior to joining C12, Lee Kricher served as the President of the Pittsburgh Leadership
Foundation and was Senior Pastor of Amplify Church. Earlier in his career, Lee served
as Vice President of Leadership Development at Pittsburgh-based Development
Dimensions International and Executive Coaching Practice Leader at Boston-based
Linkage, Inc. Lee is the author of three books, including Seamless Leadership Transition:
A Guide for Leaders and Board Members.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Geneva College, an MBA
from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological
Seminary, and a Doctorate from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Lee and his wife,
Linda, live in Oakmont, PA. They have two daughters and five grandchildren.
Alicia Hoey

Prior to joining C12 Pittsburgh, Alicia Hoey served as Chief of Staff and Director of Implementation and Strategy Realization for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at Highmark Health, one of the nation’s largest integrated healthcare organizations with $30B in revenue annually. Alicia’s background also includes experience as the owner of Alicia Hoey Consulting, where she advised nonprofit, educational, and mission-driven organizations on strategy, branding, and stakeholder engagement, as well as roles at Giant Eagle and the Coalition for Christian Outreach. Throughout her career, Alicia has been a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leaders and emerging executives. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Geneva College. Alicia and
her husband, Josh, live in West View with their three children.
